Weddings
We have wealth of experience when it comes to delivering Wedding catering, and are flexible to help you create your dream Wedding, paying special attention to even the smallest of details. We understand that planning a Wedding is a new experience for most Brides and Grooms, and so we will always help to give tips and share any of our knowledge to help you with your planning. It is certainly the finishing touches that can make all the difference to a Wedding Day, and so we take all the stress out of planning a Wedding by including all the little tasks that often get forgotten, in all our Wedding packages. We create these packages individually with every Bride and Groom, giving you something which is completely tailored for your day.
All our Wedding packages include:
- An initial meeting to discuss the details for your Wedding, including a site visit at your venue.
- A document detailing all the aspects of your Wedding, including all the details that will need to be addressed to help you plan your Wedding.
- Cutting of your Wedding Cake, which can be laid on a dressed serving table or handed to guests on platters with disposable napkins.
- White china plates, stainless steel cutlery and our high quality linen-feel white napkins. These will be laid on your tables by our staff.
- Clearing of other waste from tables throughout the evening, including favours, napkins, children’s toys/games etc.
- Liaise with venue/marquee company, to discuss our needs leading up to the event and details specific to our set up at your venue.
- Tea and coffee, served with white china cups and saucers.
- A member of staff to co-ordinate guests during the food service, ensuring a smooth service with minimal queuing.
- Our experience of planning and running Weddings, and our contacts within the industry to add the finishing touches to your Wedding.
- You will deal with the same person who is dedicated to your booking and will know your details inside and out.

Our Wedding Day Co-ordinator Package
With years of experience of running various aspects of people’s Weddings, and having seen the good and the bad, Camilla Dyer of Flamed Foods Co. can be “stepped up” to fully co-ordinate all the running of your Wedding Day. For customers who don’t want or need the full Wedding Planner service, but those who would like some help and advice in bring their ideas together and making sure there is someone in charge on the day to see all the little details through, Camilla offers a Wedding Day Co-ordinator package for total piece of mind.
Wedding Day Co-ordinator package includes:
- Wedding overview meeting and site visit
- Checklist and action plan
- Final meeting
- Telephone and email support
- Full on the day co-ordination

A recent Wedding case study:
We were delighted to be part of this Wedding at Nether Winchendon House. An absolutely stunning surrounding for this beautiful Wedding.
They had their ceremony at their home, a few miles from their reception venue, with chairs laid formally on their lawn, in a very pretty country walled garden. Our staff we're on hand to look after guests, and after the ceremony, they served our handmade canapés on platters with glasses of cold bubbly Champagne.
From there the guests left our Bride and Groom's home in a vintage bus, and arrived at Nether Winchendon House to a walk down their impressive gravelled driveway, through the orchard, to the terrace with impressive gardens. Our staff were waiting to serve glasses of Pimm's & Lemonade, and also our homemade traditional cloudy Lemonade, to quench their thirst on this sunny afternoon sitting overlooking the beautiful gardens.
The guests were welcomed to the marquee with a beautifully laid table, where they would enjoy speeches, Champagne to toast, a grilled summer lunch menu, our homemade meringues, English strawberries and whipped vanilla cream, and wine that had been chosen specifically to match their menu served throughout.
As the evening guests arrived, and the band started, we served a freshly spit roasted whole pig, with homemade apple sauce, our finger-licking BBQ sauce, and garlic and rosemary sautéed potatoes – and everyone was happy!

As all our Wedding packages are completely tailored to your exact requirements, prices will vary, but for this complete Wedding package an example cost would be £34.95 per person for the three course day menu, £8.50 per person for the evening menu and a tailored "option 2" drinks service package.
Flamed Foods are fantastic! Whenever I have worked with Flamed Foods I have always been impressed with their imaginative menus, delicious food, stunning presentation and superb service. Their menus are always creatively written, tailored to match the event they are catering for and seem to be well priced. Food is always ample, freshly prepared using the best of local ingredients and cooked to perfection.
