A mix of flavours from the Orient. We love this style of cooking and so this menu is inspired by our own travels and experiences. The contrast of flavours are balanced between dark soy sauce, fresh root ginger, hot red chilli and zesty lime.

Cucumber and fresh bean sprouts in a light dressing, finished with sprinkles of toasted sesame seeds
