Everything But The Drinks

Perfect for those who want the freedom to provide their own drinks, but without the hassle of everything that goes with them.

Lots of customers have asked us if they can provide their own drinks. This is absolutely fine, and so our “everything but the drinks” package is designed with that in mind. However as we don’t do things by halves, this ensures you still get the full drinks service with all the small details included. All we ask is that your drinks are at your venue, and we can do the rest!

This service includes:

• A dressed serving area
• Staff for the duration of your event, to set up the bar area, lay glasses on tables, serve drinks and clear away
• All bar equipment, drink garnishes and ice
• Double glass fronted bar fridges to chill your drinks
• An allocation of glasses (specific to your chosen drinks)
• Table mineral water, served in a glass water jug with ice and lemon

Everything But The Drinks example :

Based on 80 day guests, and 80 evening guests at a Wedding.

3x staff are included for a 2 hour set up/familiarisation, 3 hour Wedding Breakfast service, 5 hour evening service.

This includes 1x arrival glass, 1x wine glass, 1x glass tumbler and 1x champagne flute per person for the day, and disposable glasses for the evening.

Note: When calculating bar prices, please bear in mind the price quoted above plus what you spend on drinks, will provide essentially a free and unlimited bar for you and your guests throughout your whole event. This enables many customers to upgrade their drink options, and provide more drinks per person, for the same and sometime less money than other options.
